UNISON PRAYER Gracious
God, you have given us all things. You have given us minds for
thinking, hearts for feeling, a soul for connecting with you. We
are thankful for the blessing of material things, for family and
friends. We are more thankful for the gift of life, which, in
your grace, you have given us so that we might be in relationship
with you. May we not sacrifice our souls to what is plentiful on
this earth, but to your call for our ministry together. PRAYER OF THE PEOPLE

Those serving in the military in our nation are away from home and loved ones. Mail is a connection that they look forward to daily - a word of care and encouragement. Do you have a family member or friend who is currently serving our nation? We would like their addresses so we can offer our congregation opportunity to be encouragers to these soldiers. Helen Quinn will be coordinating this effort. Please give her the FULL address of your loved one or friend or you may email it to her. A list of those name and addresses will be shared with the congregation as soon as we have them assembled.
On Sunday mornings during worship, we have a variety of options for our children. At the 8:30 worship, staffed child care is available for infants through 3 & 4 year olds. At the 10:00 worship, there is a staffed nursery for young children through 3 & 4 year olds. Following the Time With the Children, there is Sermontime- a time of learning for those in kindergarten through second grade in our 1st & 2nd grade classroom. Children 3 and 4 years old may go to the nursery during Sermontime.
The 2010 Flower Chart is available on the bulletin board in the office hallway. You may sign-up to honor or remember a person(s) or special occasion. The flowers are $15 - simply remit through your regular offering envelope or a pew envelope.
